Shaper Machine is a general purpose shaper machine, which is used for surface processing of various small and medium-sized parts.
The machine tool is composed of bed, ram, rocker, gearbox, feed box, cross beam, workbench, lubrication system and electrical system.
The motor drives the ram through the gearbox and rocker mechanism, and the ram reciprocates in the guide rail of the top surface of the bed, and there is a six-speed change. The rail clearance can be adjusted with inserts. The front end of the ram is a tool rest and a turntable, and the tool rest can be fed along the slide of the tool rest. When planing the bevel, the turntable turns at a certain Angle as needed.
The beam can be used for manual or mechanical vertical feed along the front guide rail of the bed, and the table is installed on the beam, and the horizontal feed can be used for manual or mechanical feed along the beam guide rail. There are 12 kinds of feed in each case. The gap between the beam and the guide rail of the workbench can be adjusted by the box bar, and the front end of the workbench is supported to increase the stability of the work.
The horizontal or vertical feed direction of the table is controlled by a handle. The feed rate can be adjusted on the fly.
