This machine is suitable for high speed steel tool and carbide tool processing all kinds of non-ferrous metal, black metal and some non-metallic materials.
Turning inside and outside the cylindrical surface and a variety of curved surfaces;
Turning inside and outside the conical surface, grooving and cutting;
Turning thread and constant linear cutting
Features
The transmission device is four-speed stepless, the transmission is convenient, sensitive and reliable, and the gears are set in the system.
All gears use 40Cr grinding gear, which has the characteristics of high rotation accuracy and low noise.
The large castings of this machine tool use wood casting process, after rough processing by heat aging treatment, scientific elimination of internal stress; Small and medium-sized castings are hot aged, and all steel parts are tempered.
The beam and the beam slide are equipped with independent automatic centralized lubrication devices.
The electrical components are made by international famous brand Schneider Electric.
The main shaft bearings are made of P5 class bearings produced by the Tile shaft General Factory, and other bearings are made of tile shaft and Harbin shaft factory.
