MACHINE INTRODUCTION
CKA6150 CNC Lathe is vertical (Z), horizontal (X) two coordinate control CNC horizontal lathe. It can automatically complete the cutting of internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface, circular arc surface, end face, grooving, chamfering and other processes for all kinds of shaft and disk parts, and can turn metric straight thread, end thread and inch straight thread and taper thread and other various turning processing.
The machine tool using finite element method design, from the theory of the overall layout and key structure of the machine tool analysis and calculation, the machine tool has high rigidity, small thermal deformation, low spindle temperature rise, small vibration, withstand cutting torque, can adapt to the characteristics of strong cutting, so that the design concept of the machine tool to reach the international advanced level.
