1. The principle of machine tool processing is to trim the cross-section of the grinding wheel shaft to the section suitable for the gear groove, and process the gear by forming. The machine mainly has the following performance advantages:
⑴ High grinding efficiency.
① In addition to the dividing and dressing grinding wheel time, the machine tool is an effective grinding time, which improves the efficiency.
② The principle of forming wheel gear grinding machine is to trim the cutter shape of the wheel to the section suitable for the gear groove, forming the gear, the contact area between the cutter shape and the gear grinding is increased relative to the cone wheel gear grinding machine, the grinding amount per unit time is increased, and the efficiency is improved.
③ The forming wheel gear grinding machine adopts deep slow feed grinding and strong cooling technology, which improves the processing accuracy while reducing the possibility of grinding burns on the tooth surface, reduces the number of rough grinding, that is, the number and time of division, and improves the efficiency.
⑵ High machining precision.
The machine tool adopts NumFlexium CNC system and is equipped with high-precision motion elements, position detection elements and control elements (see the "List of main imported parts" below). The machine tool operation is relatively simple and smooth, without impact, and achieves high machine tool motion accuracy. The machine tool is equipped with high precision grinding wheel dresser, which improves the machining accuracy of the forming wheel grinding machine, and can realize the grinding of special tooth shape.
2. The CNC system of machine tool adopts NumFlexium digital servo control system, which is powerful, stable and reliable. Digital servo response is rapid, accurate, strong anti-interference ability. The machine standard configuration has 8 axes, of which 5 are full closed-loop control servo axes, specifically:
(1) Column along the workpiece radial movement axis (X axis, full closed-loop control);
(2) Grinding wheel along the workpiece tangential movement axis (Y axis, full closed-loop control);
(3) The drag plate moves along the axial axis of the workpiece (Z axis, full closed-loop control);
(4) Grinding wheel frame rotation axis (A axis, full closed-loop control);
(5) Grinding wheel rotation axis (B axis, inverter control);
(6) Table rotation axis (C-axis, full closed-loop control);
(7) The center moves along the axial axis of the workpiece (W axis);
(8) Diamond roller rotation axis (S1 axis, inverter control);
3. Workpiece parameterization input, automatic generation of grinding wheel section.
4. Through CNC control to achieve tooth shape, tooth direction modification.
5. On line measuring function of Machine. The machine tool is equipped with the on line measuring system, which can draw the measuring map of tooth profile, Spiral line, tooth pitch and tooth pitch accumulation according to the measuring data.
