STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
1. High rigidity structure design: The machine adopts the traditional horizontal lathe layout, the overall design, good rigidity, in line with safety standards. Bed, headboard and other main basic parts are cast with resin sand, artificial aging treatment, machine stability is superior. The bed is made of gray iron material, and the guide rail surface of the bed is quenched by high frequency to improve the life of the guide rail.
2. High efficiency, multi-purpose design: can complete the internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface, end face, grooving, chamfering, drilling and tapping of various shaft and disk parts, and can process commonly used metric thread, inch thread, modular thread, diameter pitch thread and taper thread (special thread should be consulted), small tool holder can be turned short cone by motor. The combination of longitudinal feed and small tool rest feed can be used to turn long cones.
