MACHINE INTRODUCTION
DL-32MH machine tool is a double-coordinate, two-axis linkage, semi-closed-loop control turning center produced by our company. The main machine bed is made of integral casting, and the guide rail of the bed is arranged at 45° tilt, with high rigidity.
Control system adopts Japan FANUC 0i-TF PLUS (1) system (or other high quality system at home and abroad) and AC servo drive, easy to operate, reliable operation.
The main shaft motor adopts AC wide-area servo main motor with a power of 22/30KW. Shaft parts within φ440mm and disk parts within φ590mm for a variety of turning, drilling, milling processing.
