Left and right tool holders of DVT52 series are controlled by DVT system and equipped with digital display scale.
Servo drive and X.Z axis feed servo motor are adopted from Beijing Super Synchronous products.
The X and Z axes of the left and right tool holders are driven by servo motor through precision planetary reducer to increase the torque to drive the ball screw for horizontal and vertical movements.
Product Advantages
Turning Turret: The left and right tool holder are controlled by DVT system, and is composed of beam slide seat, RAM, balance cylinder, ball screw and planet reducer.
Worktable: The working table adopts constant-current static pressure guide rail.There is a double-row radial cylindrical roller bearing on the spindle of the worktable.
Gantry Frame: Gantry frame by the left and right columns and connecting beam composition.
Hydraluic Station: Hydraulic station comprising: a table static system, the main drive transmission system, beam clamping system, the vertical turret ram hydraulic balancing system.
Lubrication System: System control elements and motor drive units are installed in an independent distribution cabinet, all the operating elements are centralized on the floor cabinet button station.
