● Basic foundations like machine bed, table, wheel stock, headstock all are made of quality casting irons and have been well through by multi-aging treatments and manual scraping, to guarantee the machine’s moving accuracy and stability.

● Table reciprocating (to and fro, Z axis)directly driven by Siemens linear motor;

●  Work spindle rotating(C axis)directly driven by Siemens torque motor; and the spindle supported by high-precision rolling bearings;

● Wheel stock cross feeding and retreating (X axis) driven by Siemens servo motor and precision ball screw;

●  Wheel stock auto tilting (A axis) driven by Siemens servo motor and gear reduction system; helix angle once settled in the place, the wheel stock locking done automatically by hydraulic.

● Wheel spindle rotating driven by Siemens built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor, characterized with big power, low vibration and stepless speed regulation;

● Independent cooling system made up by magnetic separator for coolant filtering; oil cooler can be provided as an option (at extra cost) to cool down the oil temperature for a better grinding accuracy of worm parts.

●  A full enclosure and a powerful oil-mist processor provided to prevent coolants splashing and oil polluting;

● Remote diagnosis and debugging and program upgrading for lifetime;

●  Auto grinding wheel aligning can be provided (as an option at extra cost) for wheel auto aligning;

● Manual wheel aligning apparatus can be chosen as an option, to do wheel aligning operation for mass production;

● Wheel auto balancing system can be optioned.
