MB1112 series horizontal milling and boring machining center is a series of milling and boring machine products independently developed by our company in giving full play to its own advantages, inheriting the frame basis of traditional milling and boring machine tools and horizontal loading machine tools, through digestion and absorption of international advanced concepts and technologies, including positive T bed and moving column hanging box structure.
All the machine tools of the whole system adopt three-dimensional solid design, combined with modern advanced design tools such as finite element analysis, to optimize the overall structure of the whole machine, the reinforcement structure of the basic large parts, the mass distribution of moving parts, the heat balance of the machine tool and other items, and creatively add a cooling system to the rolling heat source area of the machine tool X, Y, Z and other servo axes. Ensure the stability of machine tool accuracy.
Main features
All large parts of machine tool foundation are cast with high quality gray cast iron and resin sand process. According to the dynamic analysis, reasonable reinforcement is made, so as to ensure its good anti-bending and anti-bending ability, with good precision stability.
Before processing large parts, secondary tempering is carried out to eliminate stress. Precision linear heavy-duty roller guide is adopted to ensure the rigidity and accuracy stability of machine tools.
Precision roller heavy linear guide rail is used in each shaft system of the machine tool, which has high precision, good accuracy retention, fast running speed and high 4)processing efficiency.
The front bed and the cross bed of the machine tool are cast as a whole, using the arch bridge type of high rigidity structure, the overall layout is a typical "inverted T" structure, with good accuracy and stability.
The table adopts CNC rotary table.
