1. The machine is longitudinally arranged, fixed by the workbench, the column through the ball screw and sliding guide rail to achieve radial feed movement, the tool holder swinging bidirectional tool letting mechanism, easy adjustment, large processing stroke, wide processing range, high processing efficiency.
2. This machine tool is a three-axis linkage CNC gear shaper machine, namely: gear shaper cutter rotation (X axis), table rotation (Y axis), column radial feed (Z axis).
3. The tool shaft of the machine is driven by variable frequency motor, and the hydraulic control drive box has two files of stepless transmission, which effectively meets the requirements of low speed and heavy load cutting force, and the tool shaft automatically stops.
4. The machine adopts a new type CAM bidirectional tool letting mechanism, which has stable movement, low noise and convenient adjustment.
5. Both the tool rest and the table of the machine adopt the structure of high precision worm gear with variable tooth thickness.
