Main Structure

The base adopts vibration absorbing structure design, and adopts radial type and ring type reinforcement. The layout is optimized reasonably, so that the base has high strength, stiffness and shock resistance.

Hydrostatic guide
The big adopt high strength, low stress cast iron HT250 material, after aging treatment, eliminating stress to ensure the accuracy of machine tools, have enough resistance to stress and rigidity.

Beam
Square rams and 5-angle tool tables are available for customers' choice. Square ram tool holders with high torque are preferred. For those with many processing techniques, pentagon tool tables are recommended.
