The bed is made of high strength and low stress cast iron, which is treated by heat aging stress removal annealing, and effective vibration reduction measures are adopted to make the bed strong enough.
Beam

The beam lifting adopts worm gear box and T screw lifting mechanism, the beam moves along the column guide rail, the beam has hydraulic locking mechanism.
Main Drive Mechanish

The main transmission mechanism is driven by AC30KW motor transmission, transmission is controlled by electromagnetic slide valve variable speed oil cylinder, variable speed fork to promote the variable speed gear to achieve 16 gears.
