CK52 series can turn internal and external cylinders, internal and external cones, planes, grooves, threads and various rotating surface bodies, whose spindle is equipped with encoders that provide functions of constant linear speed cutting and thread turning. The CNC tool holder positioning accuracy is 0.02/1000mm and repeat positioning accuracy is 0.02/1000mm,which can meet the needs of heavy load, strong cutting and high precision.
Features
Left tool holder is controlled by DVT system for rough machining of workpiece, and the right tool holder is controlled by CNC system for finishing machining of workpiece.
Customers can also use CNC system to control both tool holders according to their needs. The CNC systems of SIEMENS, FANUC OiTF, Guang- zhou CNC, Huazhong CNC and other domestic and foreign CNC systems are available.

Table: There is a double-row radial cylindrical roller bearing on the spindle of the worktable.
Beam: Beam of high-strength cast iron low stress, aging treatment, steady structure deformation, through its rail IF quenching, has sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the accuracy of machine tools.
Turning Turret: The left tool holder is controlled by DVT system, the right tool holder is controlled by FANUC OITF numerical control system, and is composed of beam slide seat, RAM, balance cylinder, ball screw and planet reducer.
Hydraulic Station: a table static system, the main drive transmission system, beam clamping system, the vertical turret ram hydraulic balancing system.
Electrical System: System control elements and motor drive units are installed in an independent distribution cabinet, all the operating elements are centralized on the floor cabinet button station.
