Features

Left tool holder is controlled by DVT system for rough machining of workpiece, and the right tool holder is controlled by CNC system for finishing machining of workpiece.
Customers can also use CNC system to control both tool holders according to their needs. The CNC systems of SIEMENS, FANUC OiTF, Guang- zhou CNC, Huazhong CNC and other domestic and foreign CNC systems are available.
Square ram structure (300 X300mm RAM section) ;

Product Advantages

Table: There is a double-row radial cylindrical roller bearing on the spindle of the worktable.
Beam: Beam of high-strength cast iron low stress, aging treatment, steady structure deformation, through its rail IF quenching, has sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the accuracy of machine tools.
Turning Turret: The left tool holder is controlled by DVT system, the right tool holder is controlled by FANUC OITF numerical control system, and is composed of beam slide seat, RAM, balance cylinder, ball screw and planet reducer.
Hydraulic Station: a table static system, the main drive transmission system, beam clamping system, the vertical turret ram hydraulic balancing system.
Electrical System: System control elements and motor drive units are installed in an independent distribution cabinet, all the operating elements are centralized on the floor cabinet button station.

Main Structure

Worktable

The workbench part is composed of the workbench, the workbench base, the main shaft and its transmission mechanism. The table and the base of the table are cast and machined.
Beam

The beam is raised and lowered on the guide rail of the column, and the beam is raised and lowered by the double lead screw and driven by the double-shaft extension AC motor.
The beam is composed of a horizontal feed transmission mechanism of the tool rest, a clamping mechanism of the beam and a hydraulic device.
Tool Rest

LEFT PROGRAMMED CONTROL-DVT; RIGHT CNC.
The vertical tool rest is divided into left and right tool rest, which are respectively composed of crossbeam slide seat, rotary slide seat, ram, planetary reducer, balance cylinder and ball screw. The tool holder can move horizontally on the beam, and the ram moves vertically along the rotating slide.
