The machine consists of a closed, thermally symmetric gantry frame with right columns, intermediate connecting beams and bench base. The main large and medium castings are cast with high strength and low stress cast iron. Large castings have reasonable design structure, high strength and high rigidity; All castings are treated with thermal aging and vibration aging twice to eliminate internal stress and ensure long-term maintenance and stability of the accuracy of the machine.
A vertical tool rest is arranged on the beam. The right tool rest is a CNC tool holder, which is rotated by the ball screw driven by the servo motor through the planetary gear reducer to realize the horizontal or vertical movement of the tool holder.
