Product Description

1）TK69 series CNC floor milling and boring machine is a kind of advanced equipment with excellent performance, wide process range, high precision and production efficiency, which is designed and manufactured by modern mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and other new technologies. The machine tool is equipped with the advanced SINUMERIK828D numerical control system of SIEMENS and the AC servo drive system of Siemens, which can realize any four-axis linkage.

2）The machine can be milling bevel, frame plane, large hole end face, two dimensional and three dimensional surface by contour control method. The machine can complete drilling, reaming, boring, grooving and surface milling by one clamping. The workpiece mounted on the rotating table can be Angle milling, turning boring and multi-sided machining. Using the continuous indexing function of the rotary table, the cylinder or end surface can be processed continuously, thus expanding the process range and shortening the auxiliary time. It can process holes with high coordinate accuracy, and can realize one clamping and multi-process processing. In addition, the use of Siemens SINUMERIK828D CNC system has a variety of fixed machining cycles and programming methods, easy to operate and program, can achieve frequent starting, braking control and high-speed and high-precision machining of machine tools in high-speed machining.
